download a view.php?id=12342

Hello,

I'm a student and want to download doc and xls which are
published in the course web page. The link is to
something/course/view.php?id=418 (the id seems to be unique
per course). In this page there are pointers through href
something/resource/view.php?id=12342 which when used
downloads the doc.

I've tried various settings but I'm ending with either
download the entire web with all the courses or with
download only pages with icons etc.

Any tip would be appreciated.
