No index.htm or .html to save, HTTrack rejects

Hello,

I've tried to download http://goltis.info/ and http://goltis.info/ru/tex
ts numerous times with different options and all are
unsuccessful.

21:06:27 Error:  "Connect Error" (-4) after 2
retries at link goltis.info/ (from primary/primary)
21:06:27 Info:  No data seems to have been transfered during
this session! : restoring previous one!

Can someone help out and try to download this site?
