The problem is that Firefox's CSS parser isn't written in
Ruby :p.
Chances are it's either in C++, Javascript, or some mix of
the two, and
makes use of XPCOM and other Mozilla-licious technologies,
which is all
well and good, but would mean that we'd have to include
native code at
the very least, if not a Javascript engine and XPCOM
framework.
It shouldn't be too hard to build a simple parser, though -
since
nothing's nested in normal CSS, it should be doable with
just a bunch of
Regexes. Something to look forward to in 1.5++.
