Haskell Xlib: why no get_PropertyEvent

I'm new to Haskell, and I'm trying to write an Xlib
application with
it.  The problem is, I can't access property events because
there's no
corresponding function.  Could anyone tell me why
get_PropertyEvent was
omitted?
