Jim,
Sometimes the headphones don't fit as well over the hearing aids since your
microphone is going to be behind the ear and not in your ear. However, if
you are getting open fit hearing aids, your hearing loss is probably not all
that severe. You may do just fine with them.

Are your hearing aids going to have a T-coil? If so, another option is the
Music Link or a neckloop to plug into your computer and then turn your aids
on t-coil setting.

Hello all,
I am getting hearing aids for the first time on Nov. 30. I am getting the
elan by widex. It is the open fit hearing aid. Can you wear head phones with
hearing aids? I'm blind, and use head phones when on my computer, so it
won't bother other folks in my home. Just wondering if you can wear head
phones with hearing aids? I am new at all this, so have patience with me
please.
