I've worn analog hearing aids all my life, over 50 years. I've tried the
new digital hearing aids, even using on a trial basis for 1 month. I refused
it for several reasons. Other than the obvious high cost, I didn't like the
fact that I could not control the volume. I had to return several times and
more to get readjustment which was inconvenient. It had so many "bells and
whistles" which just complicated the simple hearing I'm used to. Like David,
I'm just happy with my analog.
