Hearing Loss Association of North Carolina (HLA-NC) proudly announces a
TERRIFIC conference covering all things related to hearing loss.

This conference is shaping up to be a winner, and should be perfect for
anyone interested in hearing loss: consumers, professionals, state agency
personnel and non-profits related to hearing loss.

The conference is scheduled for 14-15 September, 2007, at the beautiful
Friday Center for Continuing Education in Chapel Hill (near Raleigh, NC).

We invite you to check out the web pages for the conference and see why you
want to participate. Start at www.nchearingloss.org/conference2007.htm. On
that page there’s a list of Quick Links there that will get you to whatever
you need to know about all the many ways you can participate:

1) View or Download and print a color or black and white flyer for the
conference.

2) Plan to attend. The registration details and a form are on-line.
You don’t want to miss out on this conference. Look at the presenters we’
ve already got lined up; you’re sure to recognize several and want to be
there to hear their presentations.

3) See our on-line “Call for Papers”. Consider submitting a paper and
joining our world-class lineup of “stars”. (Better hurry, as you can see
from our Presenters page, you’ll be in very good company).

4) Become a Sponsor. There are levels that may be just right for you as
a business, a non-profit or even as an individual. This is a superb
opportunity for you to support people with hearing loss to tell them that
you care.

5) Advertise on our web page. If you have something to say to people
with hearing loss, you’ll find our web page offers a terrific bargain for
getting that message out.

6) Advertise in our Conference Program. (click on the Sponsorship link
in Quick Links).

7) Become an exhibitor. Our conference and the Friday Center will be a
great place to showcase your non-profit or business.

8) Contribute something to our Silent Auction.

9) Check out the Hospitality information to see all the great things
North Carolina has to offer you if you combine the conference with your Fall
vacation.

If you have questions about this conference, you can email me
( steve.barber%40earthlink.net">steve.barberearthlink.net) and I’ll be happy to get answers for you.

Sorry, Yahoo is pretty picky about web links. Here's one that should
actually get you to the NC Conference site.
