I think articles like this don't take other factors into account. Such
as..cell phones are more often used by the younger generation, especially in
developing countries like India where there is a huge gap between older
traditionalists and younger people who have techie-type jobs and can afford
things like cell phones. And iPods. And stereo systems. And loads of other
damaging activities that other people who don't have cell phones also don't
have access to.
