Codec Mapping functionality is not working if job is loaded before mapping file -ActiveX

In addition to this, when a Invalid Codec Mapping file (eg
abc.txt) is selected as the codec mapping file (before 
loading any job file), then an error is generated 

"An unhandled exception of type
'System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException' occurred in 
axinterop.helixproducerlib.dll
Additional information: Failed to update codecs on the job.
Check log for details."
