OnVideoScaleChangedEvent handler returns invalid region identifier integers

 Build No.  : toolsall-050606-4135

 In VB6.0, the values returned are correct (0 = Input
Preview, 1 = Prefiltered Preview, 2 = Output Preview)

 But, in VB.NET no values are returned by the
OnVideoScaleChanged function (when show/hide video preview
is clicked 
 or resizing the control) :-
