Silence Indicators and clipping indicators not functioning - ActiveX Control

 Functionality is okay. The only problem is that :-

 Expected: Silence indicators : should be filled with
windows bgcolor when no job is loaded or disabled.
           Clipping Indicators: should be filled with
windows bgcolor when no job is loaded or disabled. 
                           

  Actual: Silence indicators and Clipping Indicators are
filled with black color when no job is loaded. (It works 
          fine when disabled - displays windows bgcolor)
