Public projects should have 'helix' as the group owner of
their folders and files in their
repositories and private projects should have the group with
the same project name as the group
owner of the folders and files in the repositories. That is
not the case to some of the files and
folders - they are with 'users'. That opens a hold to allow
people to import to private projects.
