CN: Fix for Symbian ARM (RVCT) build

Hi Angelo,
                In fact,
+IMPLEMENTATION_PROXY_ENTRY(KUidMimeRealMediaRecognizer.iUid
,
CreateRecognizer)
is the fix for the fail,
Error: L6218E: Undefined symbol
HXCloakedSocket::HXCloakedSocket(IUnknown*, 
int) (referred from hxnetwksvc.in)
and i am working on the 'initialised data'  error. This
error is due to the 
some Symbols (data) initialised by the DLL.
Currently getting this error is there in three modules:
clientapps/symbianrecog
protocol/rtsp   and
datatype/smil/renderer

I still get 'initialised data' with this module.  Any
changes other than
this past fix?
