Not encoding in real time -- real duration

Hi Steve,

Thanks for the reply.  I think you are most likely correct.
These are
"Crystal" audio cards on dell or gateway boxes.

I'm going to send him an osprey card which I believe has
its own clock....

Hopefully, that will show better behavior.
