We do not currently have a complete bitstream spec available in the community.  One is being developed and will be available in the next one to two months.  When it’s available it will be announced in the community.  For now, please use the Rv9externalSpec along with the reference source code. ;

 

If you have any further development questions, the helixcommunity.org">video-devhelixcommunity.org mailing list is the correct list to use.  There is no need to include the announce lists or the licensing alias on your emails; they are not used for development support queries.

I would like to know how to get the RV8/9 standard document? >From the downloads section I am able to download RV9DecoderExternalSpecificationv18.pdf.

What I need is a more detailed doc like ISO/IEC 14496-2 which explains MPEG4 in detail.
