mpeg1 video file playback

Stan,

We do not have renderers available which support
decoding of MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 .mpg files. The
datatype/mpg/fileformat module supports the parsing
and packetization of these files, but we do not
provide renderers/decoders for these files.
