Direct progressive download

HI,

 

I make direct progressive download with splay by:

./splay http://myaddressip:80/httpfs/test.rm

But at the end, where is the file downloaded? Normally, it has been downloaded, this is the progressive download? I see that with external download it works well but I want to de the same things but in direct.

I want only make streaming and progressive download, it is possible to keep a core class (and the other for streaming: RTSP and for the progressive download: HTTP)?

It is possible with Helix to use other decoders files in our system?
