Synopsis: Nimbus support for Firefox on Mac

Overview:
The change allows execution of video Atlas based Firefox
plugins on Mac.
The need for changes stems from different GUI/graphics
framework Firefox
was built with in contrast to Safari.

Firefox is much more QuickDraw intensive in manipulating
GrafPort origins and
clipping regions which exposed few additional areas in the
code that needed
to be properly managed for origin and clipping region
changes.
