Regardless of signing the BEULA you will not get a
MPEG4-Video
codec. That codec requires a license payment to the MPEG-LA
group for each download. So, you will only find it via paid
products generally so that the cost-per-download can be
covered somehow.
That is why you are getting the HXR_NO_RENDERER error, it
means
that you don't have that one codec (mp4v.dll/.so). An mp4
audio
only clip should pay fine however.
If you download and install the RealPlayer for Windows, we
do
include the codec there since we have paid for a
distribution
license for Windows/Desktop PCs.
