Hi,
I am using VC8 on Windows XP, and I tried to build the Helix
DNA Client with a “-t embed_manifest” option because VC8 requires
the manifest to be included in the binary (exe/dll).
It builds fine and the command-line player runs fine, but
for some reason the .pdb files are not generated. Without them, when I try to
debug the splay.exe in Visual Studio 2005, the symbols are not loaded and
therefore debugging becomes very difficult.
Can someone suggest any build option that I should use so
that the pdbs get generated along with libs and dlls and also the manifest gets
included in the dll.
The BIF branch is <hxclient_3_1_0_atlas>
Target <splay>
Profile <helix-client-all-defines>
Thanks,
Jyotsana Rathore
