You won't have a BIF file at common/build/BIF - these get
translated into a directory within ribosome/build/bif-cvs.
For instance, [helix]/common/build/BIF will get translated
to ribosome/build/bif-cvs/helix/common/BIF.
Once you add these lines to your .buildrc and then re-run
build, then it should check out all the BIFs in these
directories.
