CR-Client: Add new Unified Logging 4ccs for hxclientkit and Superbuffer.

Synopsis: Adding new functional area 4ccs for hxclientkit
and Superbuffer.

Overview: 
Adding new Unified Logging functional area 4ccs for use in
the 
player project, for hxclientkit and Superbuffer modules.

New 4cc Added:
  CNKT
    Used for general logging in hxclientkit.
  RECS
    Used for general logging in Superbuffer (hxrecordengine)
module.


I'm also thinking about adding 2 more 4ccs for: 
  player (eg. PLYR) 
and 
  RecordFile (RECF)
in the future when I start adding those log statements. 


Files Modified:
common/include/ihxtlogsystem.h - New 4cc, CNKT & RECS.


Image Size and Heap Use impact (Client -Only):
None.

Platforms and Profiles Affected:
Linux

Distribution Libraries Affected:
None.

Distribution library impact and planned action:
None.

Platforms and Profiles Build Verified:
