Synopsis: Removing hxflsrc "(actualSize <
estimatedSize)" logging assert.

Overview:
This is one last "(actualSize < estimatedSize)"
logging assert that
I encountered related to "%I64d" format string.

Removing this logging assert makes it easier for me focus on

troubleshooting
other problems.

HEAD and 310Atlas don't have the problem.
