Overview:
Include necessary header, hxtypes.h, in ihxtlogsystem.h

Before this change, there were lots of errors like these:

../../../common/include/ihxtlogsystem.h:141: error:
'UINT32' was not declared in this scope

Please ignore this CR. I should have included hxtlogutil.h,
instead of 
including ihxtlogsystem.h.

This is no longer an issue.
