Synopsis:
    The S60 team builds Helix using the Symbian MMP build system with a profile of
    helix-client-s60-32-mmf-mdf-dsp.  This profile builds the MDF DSP audio module
    for both ARMV5 and WINSCW.  This causes the WINSCW emulator to not work. ;

    This change will add the capability to exclude certain platforms from building
    with the Symbian MMP build system.  The MDF DSP audio module will be excluded
    from the WINSCW platform.
