query: extracting height/width from config parameter of "a=fmtp" string of SDP info

Hi
Can anyone tell me how to extract Height and Width of frame
from config 
string conveyed in SDP data.
In case of rtp live, Hight and Width  are not conveyed in
Header by some 
encoders.
So I need to extract it from "a=fmtp: config="
parameter.

Please help.
