win32_msvc8 aacplusdec.lib

Hi,

I wonder if the aacplusdec library has been built using
Microsoft VStudio 8.

It uses the _iob function that is no more supported as a
function in VStudio 8 headers. _iob is now a define that
uses the _imp___iob function. 

This might generate linking errors.
