Timeout when using realplayer

The first time, I could play this clip for many minutes:
rtsp://rm.z1.mii-streaming.net/media/pbs/quicktime_real/wgbh
/mediastorage/nova/program/3401_01_220.rm

RealPlayer then crahsed. Restarting and playing the same
clip caused RealPlayer to crash too,
probably due to some network/server condition.

The clip never played to completion; this is the assert
fired:
HX_ASSERT failed: (m_uBlocksRemaining !=
m_uInterleaveFactor)... File trange.cpp, Line 145
/usr/bin/realplay: line 54: 15818 Aborted                
(core dumped) $HELIX_LIBS/realplay.bin "$"
