Adding as CC.

The server side workaround of enabling "reuse
address" gives a possible resolution to the original
problem for the event on the 28th March but this issue
should still be 
investigated to ensure that the Linux player works as well
as the Windows RealPlayer when reuse address isn't enabled
(as it's not a server side requirement that "reuse 
address" should be used - It should only be done if
the administrator wants to use one address for both streams)
