symbolic link (/usr/
bin/realplay)
Severity: S4
Status: NEW
Hardware: PC
Version: 11.0.0.4028
Tracker: Installer and Mimetypes
Project: player
Target Milestone: not determined
Installing and uninstalling an RPM of RealPlayer 11 for
Linux leaves behind the following symlink:
/usr/bin/realplay -> /opt/real/RealPlayer/realplay
In this scenario, an user trying to launch realplayer from
the terminal would be greeted with the
following message:
/usr/bin/realplay: No such file or directory
The desired behavior is that the symlink is removed after
uninstalling the player
