Running the BIN package/installer without chcon installed on
a machine results in a "warning"
message as the installer checks whether chcon is installed
locally using "which". When chcon isn't
found, which returns that chcon hasn't been located in the
$PATH.

The downside is the output looks a little messy.
...
...
which: no chcon in
(/home/upuppala/bin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/X11R6/bin:/
bin:/usr/games:/opt/gnome/bin:/opt/kde3/bin:/usr/lib/jvm/jre
/bin:/usr/lib/mit/bin:/usr/lib/mit/sbin:/sbin:/opt/gnome/bin
:/usr/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/sbin:/opt/gnome/bin:/usr
/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/sbin:/opt/gnome/bin:/usr/bin:
/usr/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/home/upuppala/media/GOLDRCbuilds/R
C0/RealPlayer/postinst/xdg-utils)
chcon not found; not setting selinux context needed only for
Fedora.
...

The desired behavior is that the output of the which command
should not be shown to the user.
