The OSS-support-only issue, in RealPlayer 10.0.x, is resoved
in the nightly build and in the next
release going out soon.

Please try the nightly build now or come back in a week or
two to get the next release.

This nightly build contain native ALSA support and thus
likely to have solved your problem:
