I'd like to have the possibility to adjust the buffer
capability for Audio streams while on the
road. UMTS is fast enough to deliver video/audio streams.
But using the technology in the train is a
nightmare because there are too many communication holes
where the fallback to GPRS is employed. I
would suggest to add a user spcificable buffer of 1..5
minutes.

The streams I'm interested in are from the local radio
station with a bitrate of 44kbps to 128 kbps.
