Invalid packet for Michael MIC warnings

I am using ccmp and now when I enabled also tkip, I can see
the messages 
like this in my dmseg:

Invalid packet for Michael MIC add (tailroom=4 hdr_len=24
skb->len=1348)
wifi0: TX - encryption failed

What happened to that patch? Is that patch proper fix?
