Problems creatring auth profile

Hi
I have some problems to create a connection profile for the
wpa supplicant any my WLAN.
The client works fine with other WLANS. But not here.
The association are created, but no authentication occurs.

The Config should use: 801.1x with PEAP and GTC
My Config:

ssid="XYZ"
scan_ssid=0
key_mgmt=IEEE8021X
eap=PEAP
identity="myName"
password=""
ca_cert="/ca.der"
phase1="peaplabel=0"
phase2="autheap=GTC"
}

NetworkAuth: Open
Encryption: WEB
802.1x activated
Auth-typ: PEAP
Auth protocol: GTC
