I have been using version 6 of Host Explorer for years on several computers that run Host Explorer by automation using VB for screen scraping. I recently got a brand new computer with version 10 of Host Explorer loaded on it and now am having a great deal of difficulty with automation and screen scraping. For example, the screens do not change when they are supposed to after receiving a RunCmd ("Enter") at the appropriate screen and time. ; Even if I include a WaitIdle (2000) afterward, I do not get a screen change. I never had this problem in version 6 and I didn't use the WaitIdle command. Does anyone have knowledge about whats going on with version10?
