I would print out the keyboard mapping for the map that you use, and see if there is any key that can do a "File>Exit All", or something similar. Thank you Michael & Yozana for your responses but I’ve since been notified that this IS a known issue for our company and that the problem does not exist for us in the newest version of the software which, I’m told, we will be getting within the week. Thanks again. Shannon Nickels.
