Forum installed on server

Hi,

Forum is installed and domain will be registered on Monday.

Software is from SMF http://www.simplemachin
es.org
And this weekend the 1.1 release became stable, talk about
coincident. 

I think the best thing to do would be to take the default
template and change
the art work on that one to look like the wiki, at least the
header.

Manu wanted to help with the template so maybe he can take a
look at their
default one and see if it woul work?

Will post the link to the list ones the domain is
registered.

I've over stretched my shoulder muscles today so it's been a
bit painful for me
to move around so I didn't get much more finished, like
first touch ups of the
default template. Hopefully the pain will be on a more
normal level tomorrow. 

The server is from 'opensource nieuws nederland' so my
thanks go to them.
