Hello there!

I don't know if you have been reading this list. I am not
close to a
developer but i can make some thoughts about the line that
will guide
hula's development (and that had been decided trought time
here, in the
wiki and  irc).

you can see planet-hula.org/roadmap for 1.0 release.

hula is supposed to be a drop in replacement for netmail. It
has a
migration tool already.
Hula IS NOT for production. 1.0 will be.

Hula will have: 
- smtp*
- imap*
- pop3*
- webmail*
- web calendaring*
- caldav*
- easy cil administration application*
- IM (jabber)
- folder sharing (enabeling document sharing)
- calendar sharing
- web administration

the * are targeted for 1.0 . 
A hula controled by communitty WILL ship a 1.0 (the so
waited).

So .. for your concern ... just help to develop hula and
you'll see your
questions solved.

Anything, check roadmap (and links) and brainstorming in the
wiki.

After saturday there will be news.
