unable to start hulamanager

Hi,

I've installed Hula on FreeBSD using the Hula port.

I followed the documentation in setting up Hula.  The
hulasetup utility 
core dumps when I try run it to set the domain name.  The
hulamanager 
daemon refuses to start and outputs the following errors:

Messaging server credentials are invalid; shutting down.
Cannot read configuration. Shutting down.
Hula messageing libary failed to initialize.
Host not configured fo Hula.

Can anyone help me troubleshoot this please?
