Dear All,

I have been incommunicado for the past several weeks as I am
dealing with
some personal issues that require my attention.  As a
result, I must
withdraw from the co-chair assignment.  I apologize to the
Chair (Eric)
and everyone else in this regard, but until I settle my own
affairs I will
not be able to fulfill the role of co-chair.
