delivery issue of msec mailing list

hi,

It seems the mailing list does not work well. I got only 2
mails from this
mailing list since my subscription, actually there should be
a lot of posts
recently. I believe my mail server does not block mails. And
there is only
one mail in archive on October, I reckon archiver suffers
the same issue,
too. 

Have you encounter the same issue? (If you are in same
situation to me, it
is highly possibel that you could not get this message)
