Just to ACK everyone

Gentlepeople,
	I just wanted to let everyone know that the editing team is
actively  
working on the document and is close to another release.
We've done a  
pass through Dr Mills's comments, plus have integrated most,
if not  
all, the changes that have been mentioned on the list. We've
also  
done a major sweep through all the internal references and
tables,  
cleaning them up, since so many were inconsistent, if not
downright  
broken.

	I just wanted to make sure folks knew that your comments
are /very/  
appreciated and are being incorporated as quickly as we can.
As  
always, the more eyes we get on the document and feedback
from that,  
the better the overall doc.
