My BOF proposal from last week

Hi.

So, I haven't seen any substantial criticism of the general
outline of
a BOF proposal I sent in last week.  It also has not
attracted huge
support yet either.  I think that if we're still at the
same point in
mid June we should seriously be questioning whether there is
sufficient interest.

However in the interest of giving the ADs accurate planning
information I'm going to submit a BOF request with similar
content to
what I sent here last week.

I will forward that request to a broader audience.

I think that I also owe the list a more detailed problem
statement
draft.  I hope to write this Friday and over the weekend.
