Hi,
This can happen, if to many mails per second/minute are
coming in for this account. IMail is not able to unlock/lock the mailbox files
fast enough.
The only
therapy ist this: Wait IMail will take care.

I am getting this error:
-ERR [IN-USE] failed to lock or parse or multiple
access
I have deleted that user name and created again,
still same error.
The problem is for one user only. Other users in
the same domain are ok.
