Am I confused or has http://ipe.compgeom.org
been down for a few days
now? I can't seem to access it from where I am. Does anyone
else have
this problem?

I am not able to reach ipe.compgeom.org. But the korean
mirror at  
http://tclab.k
aist.ac.kr/~otfried/Ipe/ seems to be functional.
