I have submitted an update to draft-yu-tel-dai-01.

This draft adds the “dai” parameter to the tel URI to indicate how the carrier identity contained in the “cic” parameter was chosen; whether it was dialed, presubscribed, given verbally, etc. 

The primary changes in this version include:

1.           Added two new values to the “dai” parameter to support ITU Carrier Selection values.

2.           Clarified the description of the “dai” parameter values.

3.           Updated and clarified the roles of the nodes in the Network Model.
