In this document, I noticed that 1. you indicate that this information might also be carried in an OLI parameter or ANI II digits, and 2. you define only a subset of the possible values of the CPC parameter, and 3. the Parameter Definition provides for a “genvalue”; which seem to permit any desired data point to used.

 

Is the intention  to explicitly define what is expected to be the set of commonly encountered  values, and allow the “genvalue”; to be used to include anything else which might be needed?
