Statement
document that is aligned with the mesh framework.

I  would like  at this  time to  ask  the Working  Group to 
adopt the  mesh
framework draft  as a working group  draft.  The draft 
certainly needs some
more work, particularly in the  areas of multicast and
security.  However, I
believe it is in  good enough shape for the WG to adopt  it
as the basis for
future work.
