IPv6 Mobility

Where can I find the code for IPv6 mobility support for
OpenBSD?  It
does not appear to be included in the official CVS tree of
OpenBSD tree
and the kame snapshots seem to stop at OpenBSD 3.6 which do
include
Mobility support.  Is there no newer code?
